Look up : api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-10.dll and download it,

Beware what you Download though, some sites have malware

Did you try downloading the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Runtime thing linked here first?: http://slade.mancubus.net/index.php?page=downloads (you can find it just under "Windows Requirements:") Nevermind I can't read, you probably already did that x_x
