Fixed Skidding animation glitch

Skidding is sometimes triggered by holding the forward button while/after thokking. Moving between gaps in platforms can erroneously cause the effects to be played multiple times.

Fixed. Skidding now should occur only when controls point in the opposite direction to movement.
