Site advertising with SRB2?

Hi, Just thought I'd register and point this out if people haven't seen this:

I saw it at the bottom of the "Edit Profile" page on Facebook.

The link itself points to:

Using SRB2 to advertise some dodgy internet/spyware "gamebox" thing seems iffy to me...

This is obvious breach of copyright. SSNTails should see about suing the people.
Wait, srb2 was made from doom legacy, licensed under the gpl. SO copyright isn't possible.

It's not really advertisment for you if they don't even say what game it is...hell, I don't even know if SRB2 is on the web-site
