Why am I getting this error all the time I join a room?

What? Can you please be more specific? Is this in a WAD, or a server, or something else? Describe your problem in detail, Segment violations can happen for a number of different reasons.

Well sometimes when I play one player with Flame's wad it closes and says that error. When I'm in a server sometimes if I get hit, it crashes and I get the error again.

Sounds like you have a wad without lowercase lumps.
