Slight Sirica update

I got some minor menu and Goalpost changes (because I hated the old ones) I've been sitting on for a while. I wanted to do a whole resprite but I don't think I'll get around to doing that until I can understand pixel art well (and maybe make more characters). So for now, here is the new Sirica!
