Should i make a sorta like Sonic and the Secret rings mod (not 2d!) we all know 2d suxs go to the poll and vote for the making of SRB2SatSR Well off to the sky again and for people who dun know me im twilight king vaati a.k.a. twilight king sonic i'm always on for all ur questions.
 
With proper stuff could SatSR levels translate into decent SRB2 levels? I think so.

Should someone with next to no WADding experience do it? No.
