i discovered MEL123311 while searching through 4shared for some good wads, he seems to be the mario counterpart to HMS123311, torgo if u see this post did you make this or is this some mario fan copy of hms?

The chaos control effect is on srb2jte only and if your referring to it having hms's ability he just put the skin name as hms123311.
