Server won't list in server browser

I'm trying to host a server but it won't appear in the server browser, I have port 5029 open and it shows up when I type listserv, but it won't show up in the server browser, is there anything I can try to fix it?

This is a problem with me too, whenever i try to host a server, it just doesn't exist so i can't help you
