Server Problems

My server doesn't work, it usually blocks.
I have SRB2 Server.
If you're like me please tell me and give me the solution.

It "blocks"? I'm not sure I understand you. If it shows up on the MS but is unreachable, then you need to open a port for hosting.

Obviously the Master server is down so you can't Advertise it on it, Just create it without advertising it, send "your IP Adresse:5029" to your friends to let them join .
