Server Problems. Any Help/Suggestions?

So on 5/15/07 and today (5/16/07) the server isn't working on SRB2 and I don't know if its just me or its everyone. If it is just me, then what do I do to fix this? (I believe this is the right place to put this topic) So I appreciate any help. Also restarting SRB2 is out of the question. I tried that on the 15th.
