Server doesn't appear on Master Server even though port forwarding is properly set up

The default port is set up. Here's proof:

Now, here's the Master Server list while running a dedicated or listen server and using a VPN or through another WiFi (Showed through my phone, while mirroring the screen with scrcpy):

Go into Server Options, scroll down to the Master Server Address, replace it with https://ipv4.ms.srb2.org/MS/0 and then try again.

This is Windows 7 SP1 with all of the security updates and 5 important updates
