SERIOUS help with hosting.

I'd like to run my old server, and my router won't let me. I pretty much
know a lot on portforwarding, i just wanna know; How would i find out which router model i have?

You can usually find out on the box, Or on some sticker. Atleast mine does.

Its basicly a code with numbers and letters.
