Sep Hosting issues

A friend of mine are trying to host a forum and a website, but we can't get into contact with Sep. My friend emailed Sep and waited for 9 days. No response. Anyone mind giving us a hand here?

He hasnt had his account activated on his forums either, but Sep comes on now and then.

Sep tends to idle in our IRC chatroom. Maybe you can get a hold of him there. Just don't get on his nerves. He can get agitated pretty easily. Then again, you would be too if you had hundreds of people complaining to you about their accounts every five seconds.
