Hello. Reality check: SEGA merging with Sammy does not mean Sonic will be badly affected.

Remember, as long as the Sonic franchise sells well, they will make games for it, because money is good. Heroes sold rather well, so they'll be making more Sonic games. It'll just be under a new company name. Similar to how Final Fantasy Tactics Advance boots up with "Square Enix". Same content, new company.

Interesting. Since Sammy makes my favorite fighter series (Guilty Gear), it will be fun to see how this merge affects Sega games.

And I really don't care. The post-1998 Sonic games were very indecent (save a lucky few), so what would merging with another company do at all? Oh, and Sega's games aren't that great to begin with anyway, IMO.
