Is it possible to unlock more secrets?

It's just that when i watch videos of srb2 about secrets they always seem to have different secrets than me.

Oh and if it is possible to unlock more secrets, could you tell me how. i.e Beat the game a 2nd time e.t.c.

Beat the game once and it'll unlock a list of all the unlockables for you to find.

Well, you won't unlock every secret unless you unlock Pandora's Box, by means of collecting ALL Emblems (including the Time Attack emblem). Prepare yourself, as Egg Rock will hinder your time.
