ImageShack has endless time. Not sure about SendSpace, I've never used it. Now-a-days I've got access to my own shared FTP, where I can upload whatever I want and keep it there. It's nice to have.

And for grabbing screenshots, you can try binding a key to the SCREENSHOT command and pressing that. If you're in OpenGL mode you can just press Print Screen on your keyboard. In addition, the program FRAPS ( www.fraps.com ) can take pictures (along with videos and benchmarks).
