SDL_OpenURL not found?

I updated the game to the latest patch and it won't open because it says it can't find a file called SDL_OpenURL.
I can't find any resources on this so I need some assistance.

Did you update the SDL2.DLL as well?

Make sure the patcher is being installed on top of an existing SRB2 installation.

Alternatively, you could try downloading the game's zip archive and extracting the files that the game thinks are missing into the game's directory - specifically SDL2.dll from the looks of it - then run the game.
If that alone doesn't do it, extract every .dll and try running the game.

SDL_OpenURL function only exists in SDL2 version 2.0.14 and higher.

If an EXE need it, you could just get the newest Win32 version from SDL2's GitHub release:
SDL Release 2.28.5
