Fixed (SDL2) MOUSE4 and MOUSE5 are recognized as PAUSE/BREAK button

As the title says. This bug is present since when SDL2 build was introduced. (http://mb.srb2.org/showthread.php?p=756785#post756785)
Does not happen in srb2dd.exe
