Script Help?

This snapshot is from my unnamed Sonic Mod. Notice the I?

This is the script in XWE:

cechoduration 10
 cecho "You never leave me alone do you?\\Here. Take the emerald & scram!"

I think the problem I'm having self-explanatory, does anyone know how I can fix it?

Unable to reproduce.

Are you sure you don't have an extra cecho somewhere in one of your scripts?

That's the only script in the wad. & what's odd is that the I changes into something else. I remember going into that area after this snap was taken & it was a ^

EDIT: The script was copied over from Mystic Realm & changed to say that.

Between "ALONE" and "DO", there should be a comma!

I know the problem!

Between "ALONE" and "DO", there should be a comma!

Why would that be causing an extra random symbol to appear at the end of the text?

There's nothing wrong with the script itself, which leaves only the map. Check if you're not triggering two "Run Script" linedef actions or something weird like that.

I just fiddled with the area. It seems like the culprits were a handful of sectors left over from an Egg Capsule.
