Scenery and Sky help?

So basically im trying to get my new custom scenery for my level pack functional, but since I used to just use SOCedit to make my stuff, now that I have to sort it all out manually, I havent the foggiest on what to do, i've included all the stuff from the 2.0 version in the following spoiler tag, can somebody give me a hand?

My second issue is my custom sky not working, I could never get these working in 2.0, but I just overwrote the Mario sky then, that doesn't seem to work in 2.1, I'm using Slumped if that matters.
