Duplicate Scatter ring

It appears that the scatter ring is completely bugged in 2.1.5, as it shoots only one projectile. It happend to a few people I talked to.

It actually shoots all five, but only one goes in the direction you're aiming at, while the other four shoot at a fixed angle.
