Save issue

For some reason,SRB2 fails to save when I beat it.I've beaten it several times already and each time,it fails to save ANYTHING!

Someone mind telling me what is wrong?

Oh.And before you mention it.No.I have no wads loaded

Using cheats disables saving.

Did you copy the game from a CD-R or some other write-only drive? You might have set the save file to read-only because of that. Otherwise, if you add WAD files or activate any cheat or console command that causes the game to become modified, it won't save.

No.I downloaded the recent file from the site,not from some CD

Hey! I had the same problem!

When you change the controls does it revert back or get an emblem? Does it "go back?"

Second what website?

When I downloaded it from a website I got an old version (0.9 I think. It is the one with "super" sonic with a red cape XD)
