This is the only place that I look forward to and I don't know anything because everything is from 2017
We have rules against mod begging (such as rule 15 here), and continued begging will get you punished. If nobody is willing to make anything, and everything is too old or made for something else (like Kart), then the only real option you have is to learn how to do it yourself. Nobody is going to make a character mod for you, as these are a huge undertaking. You're the best bet at making the mod of your desires happen.
