She's changed hairstyles 50 times since the series started. I don't really think the hair being different is that big of a deal, as long as it's blonde.

The size of the suit looks a little.. exaggerated, she looks like she's in some giant mech. XD.

Actually, the size looks about right. If you look at the ending scenes of the original series, Samus always was a lot smaller than the suit. Even Fusion, which had that semi-organic suit.
