I can use paint pretty well. It is the only computer-drawy-thing I have ever used, so I like it. Oh. wait. I rarely use it... I SUCK at wadding, so I just draw when I'm bored.

Paint isnt sucky, if you know how to draw in paint, then, it will be your friend.
