Nice footage. Also note that they still have the SAd2 flashing trails when they go really fast, so they haven't dropped the high-speed from the 2nd SAd. Good to know, since that was fun ^_^

1. No much to say.
2. This game will probably have a boss after each act 3 (like in 3D Blast Heroes, the GG games and SRB2, where there's a boss after each act 2).
3. I think they were in Green Hills first.
