Runtime Error 339

I've run into this problem a long time ago, but I've forgotten how I solved it.

Every time I try to open up the MAINCFG I get this, and it's starting to get on my nerves.

I remember Ezer Arch had posted a way to solve this before, but I couldn't find the topic.

I had this problem but i fix it, there what i did and i stop getting that error, cmcs21.ocx is not registered. Just download cmcs21.ocx and put it in C:\Windows\system32 and type in run, regsvr32 cmcs21.ocx and it should work.
