Run-time error '429'

I can't make a .soc with a soc editor, it just gives me a stupid error whenever i try to create a .soc file.

What does the message say after "runtime error '429'"?

double click SRB2Src1094.exe. Ten open Soc Edit and in the box with folders on the left hand side, double click Src. It should work. Make sure you do this every time you start Soc Edit.

Don't do the first thing. The second step should be all you need to do.
