Any chance you can cook something up to make Wishing Wonders less frame-rate heavy, be it some optimization or an alt version? Pretty map, but not ideal for online servers.

b6 Update

Alrighty it's time for big new cup content.

Though this Update introduces a new cup, expect updates to old content as well for the sake of improvement and bug fixing.

Here's update b6 for RuberPack:

Maps

• As of version b6, the "Miracle Cup" has now been added to RuberPack, including it's own folder.

• Comic book cutscenes (should) no longer occur during online sessions.

Thank you for bearing with me folks i tip my hat to you for the wait. Shoutouts to the people thumbs up'ing this addon, glad to know you're enjoying this!

Here's an update:

I've rearranged the way the internal files you download appear in hopes of them being easier to navigate, pick and choose files you want or don't care for. Hoping it suffices.

Maps

• All maps now use instances of Map object 770, and have accurately fixed minimaps as a result.

Bubble Bayside

• Slight...

RuberPack (b7 Update)

So it's not only been a year since Ring Racers, but it's also been a year since the first release of RuberPack! It's not the "peak" set of tracks, nor is it provide the most consistently fluid gameplay amomgst others, but hey, it was fun to make and I want to thank everyone to the playtesters and time attacks record setters and especially Kart Krew Dev for providing an insanely fun experience to build upon.

It's been a while but this is a hefty update, so with that said...

Lots of great stuff in this pack! The track aesthetics are top-notch and they generally ride pretty well. Might do a proper per-track review at some point, but wanted to bring up two things specifically:

The Sea-Saw crab battle is a super cool concept. However, the long animation that plays at the start of an attempt (at least from the Special menu selection, not sure if it plays every time if encountered at the end of a grand prix) is a significant barrier to exploring it, doubly so with the instant-kill saw. It would be nice if there was a way to skip the introduction somehow. A telegraph for the path the saw is taking would be appreciated if that doesn't make it too easy.

I had a fun time doing Fortune Forge with a friend who's a super Sonic nerd (I handled the kart-related questions, while he provided the Sonic lore answers). On that count, he noted that the Super Flicky answer is inaccurate; in-game it's Sonic 3, but the answer should technically be Sonic 3 & Knuckles. I double-checked it via the Sonic Wiki as well.

Looking forward to seeing the next batch of maps!
