Hey, welcome to releases!
Some non-rejectable things I'd like to point out though, small QoL changes you could do for a future update.
It'd be nice to get this in a .pk3 file! While your zip file doesn't need to follow the filename conventions, for a small pack like this you'd really don't wanna keep these two closely-related mods separate.
Also, Meta Knight only has one angle, yet has dedicated sprites for all of them. If you don't intend on giving him extra angles you're always free to change his sprite's angle number to 0, giving you only two sprits to worry about instead of ten! (IE MKRVA0 and MKVRB0)
Overall though, your mod passes just fine! I wish you luck in the future with this.
