I'd assume it is, considering the game is available for purchase from Here. However, the site will not let you buy unless you're in the correct territory, which is a bit of a problem.

It's legal, the original Demo link on the site is down, so i have to give you THE FULL VERSION, sorry guys.

You still don't get it, do you? I don't care that the game is abandonware. Downloading abandonware without the explicit approval of the original creators (which, from a cursory Google, was never granted) is still piracy, and a tremendous legal gray area, so I will not be having it on these forums.
