Rising Lava.

I am trying to make my lava rise and instead the ground is riding. Can someone help me. Thanks.

You must raise the lava FOF, not the sector the lava is in.

How do I do that.

Tag the rising effect to the control sector of the FOF.

OK so I put the Activate Moving Platform and I made it tag to the Lava FOF but still it does not work. Can someone correct me.

You want to make the lava move up and down? That's not the right linedef type to use, and I bet you weren't configuring it properly anyway. Here's the wiki page on a linedef that would be more appropriate.

Ok. I did what it told me to. I drew to new sectors not in the level both equal size with one line connecting to both of them. The line was tagged to the FOF sector. It still doesn't work. What am I missing.
