He's talking about the image that brianv posted, which says people that are 18 should only be able to hear up to 16.5 KHz, while the ringtone is 17 to 18 KHz.

Nope, I can hear it also. It tells me easily that someone forgot to turn the TV off.

My tv doesn't go entirely black, its got a small tint of red. Probably because of the red light right below it. It looks cool in the dark.
