Confirmed Rings spawned from "line of rings" thing types don't re-spawn

Tested with diagonal 10 rings (red spring) and vertical 5 rings (yellow spring) in ctf.
 
Sorry for the bump, but this also applies to "ring of rings" items. It probably applies to all special placement patterns.
