They spawn Rings above you. They rotate slowly, but will dissappear after a bit. Affects all Rings.

Ring1 spawns them on the Ground
Ring2 in the Air
Ring3 Both

Sorry for the Rush description yesterday, I had to get off. I was screwing around with the Timers and stuff to see if I could make a speed item soc that made you run fast all the time. So yeah, you could say it was a Fluke.

Anyway, I rip-off of Shadow with Max Speed, Max Accel, Max Everyting.

Goddamn that Glide is Fast O_O.
