Grab the game from the website (if you're on a Windows PC, scroll down and click the big Windows icon), then install the game. Once it's installed, click ringracers.exe, and you're off to the races - or, you will be after the opening and optional tutorial anyway.

Are you running windows 7? Ring Racers probably isn't supported on windows 7 because it used the newer srb2 2.2.12 or 2.2.13 codebase, which also ends support for windows 7.
Please upgrade to windows 10 or 11, if your hardware doesn't support it or cannot buy a genuine license for that, you might want to consider dual booting or installing Linux.

Set up your computer to boot into Windows 10 or Ubuntu as needed.
