About the Roulette
(this is mostly for 8+ players and 1-2p grand prix mode)

• The manual says that the roulette spins faster during the race and slows down if you’re behind for catch-up items, but it doesn’t say that some items become inactive during the start, and end of, a race.
  • The start of the race is simply before the 30-second mark, but the end of the race, however, is based on if your distance to the finish line is less than ENDDIST, a value of 14 ✕ DISTVAR...
