Apparently this is still possible. The person here claimed not to know how they managed this. Unlike the last time this worked, the off-color person was assigned to a team.

What I noticed that's strange is the this "Adeleine" person's name is blue, while the name colours on CTF are green for teammates, and red for rival team members. This was either a big glitch, or a very hard-worked edit.
