I downloaded an amy wad (but I can't find the topic now)

When I play as her she keeps turning into Shadow :P, so how can I remove this wad from the game.

Well I just found out that I only need to quit and then enter it again to get rid of the wad >_>.

You've got to be kidding...

Do you even use the launcher? It tells you what WADfiles are going to be imported into memory when you start the game.

Each time you restart the game, SRB2 removes all WAD files that you had.
