Red volcano?

A couple of days ago I was playing online and join a coop game. we were in greenflower zone act1. before I even move one step, text show up on the middle of my screen saying I can go to he!!.and we was sent to a level called the red volcano. then my game restart. can someone tell me what happen.

If you go to the house on the top of the cliff (the first house, not the one with the gold bubble beside it) and jump on it a few times, Red XVI comes out and scolds you. If you walk up to him, he sends you to "hell," or what is really a Red Mountain Prototype.
