That's all you need to put in console.
It's broken due to JTE's hardware (OpenGL) "fixes" that were introduced in 2.0.6. Turning off JTE's hardware fixes in the source code fixes shadows.AFAIK, the shadow command is probably broken or scrapped.
XSRB2 and SRB2CB have fixed shadows.but I still wanna have sprite shadows.
