Real-life energy ball(s)!

I´ve been knowing this for some time, so I youtube´d a video wich shows something really interesting; a real-life energy ball! I wonder if it is something real or just a fake feeling, if energy balls are real, then I think they are static electicity; because that´s how they feel. Well, you probably can´t understand this so:
