Re-Hosting Failure.

I've got my hosting failure back.

Notes which you should note:
> Same router as i hosted from before, just different computer.
> The OTHER computer opened the ports - i tried re-opening them with this computer by closing and opening, no luck.
> I'm unsure if this netbook has a dynamic IP but i am chacking.

Am i just on my own in this here problem? D:

EDIT: Or maybe i could make a dedicated server on my other PC as that one can host, make the admin password protected to a password only 1 know - and get onto my server, put the password in and VOILA! I'm hosting! Sorta.

dont know how to do dedicated servers.
