My review of Beta 1.
Serenity Cloud Act 1
This isn't too bad, act 1 was a bit too short. And there is a bug I found on the first act.

You got 2 flat textures in 1 sector on the water step, plus, look at the gold/brown coloured bit on the side of the water block, you might want to get rid of that glitch by making a waterfall, or a block to get rid of the glitch.
First act I rate 6.5/10. Tips: for the grass, click the lindefs, and click lower unpegged, and in the 2 sets of 3 texture boxes, in the middle ones, put in GFZGRASS texture. This gives you grass edges, and improves the quality. Also, spreak some of the flowers out a bit, which then improves the level's scenery. Try to spend longer on your maps, as this can get you more better feedback.
Onto Serenity Cloud Act 2.
In screnery wise, much better. In design wise, not bad (pretty good in some parts), but not the best I've seen. Some of the cheap deaths like the one with the silver rings is not good, try and fix/edit it if you can. Also it's just as short as Act 1. Take some time in your levels, try not to rush it if you can. I've done it in the past, and didn't get the best feedback. If you spened more time on a stage instead of making multiple stages at a time, you might get some better feedback. This is only trying to help you.
One other thing which annoyed me in the 2 acts was the some diagonal yellow springs. Put them in the direction that it's going to the next path/platform etc. I found this problem in act 1, which you have to hit the brake hard to land on the platform, if not, you plunge to the death pit. This especially goes into act 2 when playing as the non flight type characters. Like near the end, you hit a spring, and it plunges you into a death pit. I had to be Tails, or Knuckles to overcome the problem.
Also think about which textures you are using. Some textures make better quality than others. Sernity cloud is better for the DSZ like textures, and I don't think the dirt, or GFZROCK doesn't make it look as quality as the other textures do.
I rate act 2 7/10. Design was slightly better, difficulty was pretty high due to the fact that some flaws that I mentioned in act 2's part
Total rating: 6.5/10, not a bad start, but needs some definete improvements on some bits.
