Fixed Random scrolling flats in ACZ

Under the bridge area before the final portion of the level.

It was here in 2.0 too but it was never fixed :/

Kind of a side note here, I did notice that 2.1 fixed the random scrolling flats that were on the two platforms over the bottomless pit near the beginning, those always bugged me in 2.0.
