Pretty decent race additions for the race mode

For now there is only MP Replay. (So Just ignore the name for now, this text will be removed in the future, this is just the first patch.)

Changed how the bot changes skins, which probably fixed the unlockables problem and characters other than the recording.
Added some more dedicated server support

Added competition mode to be able to recorded.
Rewrote how players synched the data with the host.
The bot's name is always "[Bot Recording]"
The best recording's name is shown in the score. ("Best Name: [Name]")
