Ok I am Making a new version of sonic but when i do the consal thing to add him in the game goes boom and shuts down and yells at me saying R_Installspritelump: Bad Frame Characters in lump MINNEE0 or JETBA#

So what is going on and how can i fix it?

Please tell me....

By the way Not REcolor or Overpower But changed powers
