Copy and pasted from the ISP's forum. Qwest.
I am currently on Windows 7 for all people who need this information. I wish I install Windows XP onto my computer. The setup works fine, but when I restart my computer, I am disconnected from the internet. The ethernet port on my modem is plugged in correctly, but there is no green light on the front of the modem. I have tried using the installation CD, but that requires a ethernet port. It will not work, even tough and as I said before, the ethernet cord is in properly. I wish to get as far as I can without calling Qwest via live support or using a phone line.
