quick question about what im allowed to do with eggpack or smth

and i need a eggman character, eggpack obviously, but its ask to use (i should prolly just ask), am i allowed to just say go download eggpack or is that not allowed, it probably is fine to do that but i just wanna make sure just incase

From what I know, it's possible, but you have to give credit to the mod. It's acceptable, but you need to give credit and provide a link. (as far as I know)
