if the name is a single number, the host is using a different version than you. Update to the latest version and you should be able to join them.

I can't join those games with like a billion ping and has a number for a server name there. Sometimes when I try to join it brings me to menu, the game crashes, or it will give me a message that says something like this server uses ... and I use srb2.srb or something.
